Superbad
When looking at the main characters in the movie, it is easy to realize there cannot be a name to describe Seth, Evan, and Fogell better than Superbad. The name is a glaringly obvious sarcastic remark towards the boys' behavior. These children are frankly, just a bunch of losers, and they want to escape the poor social situation they are in by doing something bad. They want to purchase alcohol because it will make them more appealing and impressive to girls than they actually are. Unfortunately, not only does the purchasing of alcohol turn out to be a much greater ordeal than they expected, but they simply are very awkward and uncool. From the way that they talk to members of the opposite sex, to the things that they do (namely odd things such as Seth's obsession with the drawing of male genitalia) they clearly are not cut out to be sexually active like they want to be.
